Options

  • Two Furnace Selector Switches for multiple furnace connection
  • Closed Water System for power supply components. This system cools all power supply components with low conductivity distilled water. An external water source cools the plate type heat exchanger and furnace. This option can be attached to either side of the cabinet or supplied on a free standing frame.
  • Logic can be interfaced with process controllers for automatic temperature control of the load.

Important Note About Cooling Water:

Controlling water quality is the "Secret" to trouble free operation and long life of induction equipment. Severe damage from electrolysis, scaling, blockage and overheating can result from poor water quality. The best way to prevent these problems is with a Closed Loop Cooling and Recirculating Water System where water conductivity and cleanliness can be maintained. ITC can offer a sophisticated closed loop external cooling and recirculating system or a power supply closed loop recirculating system. Either Closed Loop Water System will extend the life of this power supply and reduce costly maintenance.
