Standard Features and Accessories

- Power Cube Box Type Furnace with hydraulic controls and hydraulic power pack
- 20-35-50 kW, 5-15 kHz High Frequency Power Supply
- External Workhead output station
- Electrical power cables and water connections
- Operates from a 360 to 520 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 or 60 Hertz electrical source
- Power Supply has a user friendly front panel programmable controller with numerous features and safety interlocks
- Melting furnace is prepiped with hydraulic cylinders and a control valve mounted on either side of the furnace for hydraulically controlled tilting
- For use with graphite, silicon carbide, ceramic crucibles or rammed in place linings
- System requires less than 8 GPM of clean cooling water at 70-90° Fahrenheit
Optional Accessory
- Two-position furnace transfer switch for alternate operation of two furnaces
- Compact closed-loop water "Chiller" or Water Saver Tank designed to eliminate excess water consumption and reduce water usage cost. These water cooling solutions are perfect for indoor use or for installation in small, tight spaces.

For larger melting applications requiring furnace capacities of 200 lbs. to 3,000 lbs. (steel capacity rating), please consider using a larger ITC Power Cube Furnace with a lower frequency Power Supply. |
